Development stage & Business status
Vyond has completed development of the core modules of its platform, enabling us to release the first line of products. Vyond is finalizing a contract with Paramount for exclusive global rights for Paramount's leading titles including "The Godfather", "Gladiator" and "Mission Impossible", positioning itself as the exclusive mobile virtual world provider for paramount. Vyond is also finalizing a virtual world contract with Marvel, which includes the entire Marvel catalogue of characters including their most well known brands including Spider-Man, X-Men, The Incredible Hulk, Fantastic Four and more.

The platform
Client application-Our small footprint application is available for all major platforms (J2ME, BREW, Windows Mobile, etc.) and is easily distributed through various channels, including: Carrier portal, SMS/MMS, WAP website, PC download and memory cards.
Server-Based on J2EE, our server architecture is built with scalability, security and robustness in mind, adapted specifically to meet the demands of virtual world applications.
3rd Party tools-A set of 3rd party tools allows our partners full control over their content: statistics, updating content or creating new content from scratch, without writing a single line of code.

Adi Ashkenazy – CEO & Founder Adi is one of the leading figures in the Israeli game industry, with over ten years of R&D experience. During the last five years, he has been actively involved in the local digital entertainment community, serving as the chapter coordinator for the IGDA in Israel. He also serves as a consultant to leading VC’s, academic institutions and foreign embassies. In 2005, Adi helped plan and implement the first game development academic program held in Israel, at the Beit-Berl College. In 2006, he co-founded Memoraze, a game technology company, currently in a state-funded technology incubator.

Jacob Ner-David – Chairman of the Board Jacob is the Managing Partner of Jerusalem Capital and serves as Vyond’s Chairman. He has been a successful entrepreneur for more than a decade, creating over a billion dollars of shareholder value for his investors. Jacob co-founded and served as Executive Chairman of Double Fusion until October 2005. From 1994 to 1996, he served in various senior management positions as founder, CEO, and executive chairman of Delta Three, NomadIQ, until its acquisition by Omnisky, Ambient, and TTR Technologies (acquired by Macrovision).

Dr. Joseph (Yossi) Vardi – Early Investor & Special Advisor One of Israel’s high-tech veterans, with 35 years experience of founding and participating in building over 30 high-tech companies, in the fields of Internet, software, telecommunications, electro-optics, energy, and the environment. Yossi is the founding investor and the former Chairman of Mirabilis Ltd, the creator of the highly popular instant messaging program ICQ. The company was acquired by AOL, to which he still serves as an advisor.
